Returns Policy

We are not able to offer full refunds for any custom or non resalable goods. In the event of there being a problem with the delivered goods Graphic Direct will endeavor to rectify the situation in a manner that is suitable to both parties. Delivery costs can not be refunded. In the event a satisfactory solution can not be reached, Graphic Direct will offer a 50% refund of the purchase value, which will be credited once the goods have been received by us.
